  • Here you can choose how to attach the product.
    The holes will be applied in different numbers, based on the type of material.
    By choosing cake topper, one or two lower bars will be inserted to allow insertion into the cake.
    , the 3M 200LSE double-sided tape will be applied following the shape of the writing,
    the brooch will be attached to the product to allow it to be inserted into clothing,
    the key ring will be inserted through a hole.

  • In case you want to create an aluminum print with different depths of excavation of the material (for example a 3mm writing and the separation between the i and the dot of the "connected" but excavated 2mm i, to differentiate them) or you want an engraving on the material. You can also do black or white/grey laser marking. This technique is preferable to color printing when possible, as it is much more durable given that the material is marked and not printed.

  • With this option you can upload an image to print in color directly on the product or to laser engrave in greyscale. You can also specify the layout and dimensions in the order notes. Color printing can only be used for products displayed indoors, while laser printing is also suitable outdoors.

  • Here you can choose the color of the aluminium. The images reproduced may not faithfully represent the actual product as each monitor has different color rendering. All colors are ANODIZED and with a homogeneous finish, except the "raw 1050" which is pure aluminum which is given a light satin finish with abrasive paper, but may have some marks and imperfections, and the white which is painted.

L'colored anodized aluminium used is of the highest quality, 1050 alloy, available in different thicknesses and resistant to wear and corrosion.

What is ANODIZATION?

Anodization (also called anodic oxidation) is a non-spontaneous electrochemical process by which a protective oxide layer forms on the surface of the treated metal and protects it from corrosion.

The purpose of the processing is to:

  • improve the corrosion resistance of the material;
  • increase surface hardness;
  • increase resistance to wear and abrasion;
  • provide moderate thermal insulation;
  • improve other characteristics such as bonding.

Implementation times

From the payment of the order, within 5 working days the 3D print preview will be sent to your email, and subject to your approval or modification we will proceed with the execution.

Printing takes between 1 and 10 working days based on the complexity of the product to be created (for example, products that require painting take longer as you have to wait for the technical drying times) and the current print queue.

The next step is shipping, via Poste/SDA courier and delivery to post office points, you will receive it within 3 or 8 working days, while with SDA express shipping in 2/4 working days.
