  • By choosing yes, we will create a print-ready project if you provide us with a file other than ai/eps (vector)

  • In case you want to create an aluminum print with different depths of excavation of the material (for example a 3mm writing and the separation between the i and the dot of the "connected" but excavated 2mm i, to differentiate them) or you want an engraving on the material. You can also do black or white/grey laser marking. This technique is preferable to color printing when possible, as it is much more durable given that the material is marked and not printed.

  • With this option you can upload an image to print in color directly on the product or to laser engrave in greyscale. You can also specify the layout and dimensions in the order notes. Color printing can only be used for products displayed indoors, while laser printing is also suitable outdoors.

Upload your file, it can be a vector file or even a sketch/drawing, we will transform it into a high quality composite aluminum product.

But what is thecomposite aluminium?

L'composite aluminium, also called "dibond” is a composite material with a sandwich structure, made up of two low-thickness external aluminum sheets, hot-bonded onto a thicker central layer, made up of synthetic material such as low-density polyethylene.

Compared to sheets made of full-body aluminium, the panels have advantages such as lower weight and high flatness.

The thickness is 3mm, the aluminum present on both faces is approximately 0.5mm, while the central polyethylene is approximately 2mm.

Implementation times

From the payment of the order, within 5 working days the 3D print preview will be sent to your email, and subject to your approval or modification we will proceed with the execution.

Printing takes between 1 and 10 working days based on the complexity of the product to be created (for example, products that require painting take longer as you have to wait for the technical drying times) and the current print queue.

The next step is shipping, via Poste/SDA courier and delivery to post office points, you will receive it within 3 or 8 working days, while with SDA express shipping in 2/4 working days.
